Packaging
Unframed paintings are rolled and packed around a hard carton tube to avoid any damages during transit. The canvas itself is protected by a plastic sheet to avoid any damages during transit.
Frames, framed paintings or stretched paintings are shipped in hard solid carton boxes and with special protective packaging, so you can be sure that your painting is delivered in an undamaged condition.
Shipping Notification
The moment we dispatch your order, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. We include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail.
You can monitor the current delivery and track your parcel online in the courier’s website.
Lost Shipments
If you feel that your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately via e-mail to topart168@gmail.com. We will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed in delivery. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately, at no additional charge. We cannot track or trace international shipments; therefore we cannot assume them lost until 60 days after the shipping date.
International Customs Import Duties
Our international shipping costs do not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for its payment.
